In its first year, Star Readers served 24 students, which is only 30% of the Kindergarten and 1st Grade students who need help at Saratoga Elementary. The needs of students at Saratoga are not unique within the Lincoln Public Schools district.

Help us bring our successful Star Readers Program to even more children. They need your help. Your contribution of as little as $100  gives a needy Kindergarten or 1st Grade student 10 weeks of reading support.

Your tax-deductible gift to Star Readers goes to The Friends of the Nebraska Dyslexia Association (FONDA) a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization. FONDA is a funding organization for Star Readers.
